A titanium frame showcases the meticulous craftsmanship involved in its manufacturing. Working with titanium is a complex skill that requires years of practice to master. We have carefully selected a top-tier partner to produce our BenBen titanium road frames, and we are extremely satisfied with the final product.

Road cycling wisdom has flipped in recent years — much of it borrowed from gravel and mountain biking. Old rules ("short and aggressive," narrow 25mm tires, stems under 130mm, 172.5mm cranks, low and stretched positions) are being replaced, though the industry remains conservative about change. Our geometry tweaks are subtle but noticeable:
1. Wider tire clearance (up to 700×42)— Higher volume tires roll better even on asphalt, boosting comfort, grip, and descending confidence, with negligible weight penalty.
2. Steeper seat tube, longer reach, calmer front end— Moves the rider forward, opening the hip angle and easing the aero tuck. The longer wheelbase adds high-speed stability without slowing handling, since bikes turn mainly by leaning.
3. Lower bottom bracket— Shorter cranks (for higher cadence, less knee/muscle strain) plus larger tires allow a lower BB without losing cornering clearance — resulting in less wind resistance and a lower center of gravity.
4. Round titanium tubes, no aero shaping— Despite 20 years of testing, we found no real benefit to manipulating tube shapes; round tubes handle multidirectional loads best and never go out of style. Aerodynamically, rider position dominates drag far more than frame or component shaping — so we focus on dialing in a realistic, sustainable riding position.

We offer four convenient pre-designed group sets for our road frames, hand assembled in our workshop in Copenhagen. The below price are build samples incl bike fit, and choice of stem length, bar width, bar tape color.

Alternatively, our bikes can be customised with any other group sets and components tailored to each customer's preferences. We assemble the bikes with components from Shimano and SRAM and we can dress them out with custom build wheels and exotic speciality components from around the world.
